the staff were friendly and helpful. the restaurant was great for trying local cuisine with traditional music. i enjoyed the hotel tuc tuc service. it enhanced the whole experience.
the hotel provided a complimentary upgrade to a sister hotel. it was during wedding season. i could hear wedding celebrations in a nearby village.

The staff proved helpful, specifically with the complimentary tuk-tuk service into town. A most welcome perk.
I had to lug my suitcase up to the fourth floor. That was not my idea of fun. The tepid shower never heated up, and to top it off, they charged me for water from the fridge.

tuk-tuk servicestained carpetcracked floor
the hotel offered a tuk-tuk service. it was convenient for getting into the town center.
the room i was assigned, a classic double room, showed signs of wear. the carpet had stains, and some floor tiles were cracked, a problem. it took a considerable amount of time for hot water to become available. cleaning fell short of expectations.

Davis acted as our personal concierge. He was very personable. he ensured we had everything needed, a thoughtful touch. the hotel staff anticipated our needs and accommodated them promptly. i wholeheartedly recommend this amazing boutique hotel.

The staff was super attentive. Davis was our personal assistant. I found this brillant idea. He helped a lot. The hotel have a great location and a spacious room.
The hotel is display as five stars on every portals. I thought maybe it is three stars. The rooms have not been touched since the 1990s. The carpet is dirty, old on the floor and broken tiles are in many places.
